[Executives] A potential new club needs help starting up!

Here's a great opportunity to help out a potential new Toastmasters club in
Burnaby.  If you have a flexible schedule perhaps you can help out at 12
noon on Thursday September 20th.  Our Division J Governor: Jason Fong has
passed the details on below.

Hi folks, some great news on tap!  (Please pass on to club members)

Thanks to Sanjay and Leni who have worked hard to put this together to date,
we have a demo meeting for a new club at the Kodak building (near
Gilmore/Canada Way).  Date of meeting will be Thursday September 20th at
noon.  It's hoped we can charter the club immediately after the demo
meeting.

This is where I'll need some help.  I've only been in one demo meeting in my
entire Toastmasters career.  The full gamut of helpers would be greatly
appreciated for this one-time event: 

*	Toastmaster
*	Speaker (1 maybe?) and respective evaluator
*	TTM/TTE
*	Ah-counter
*	Humourist (jokemaster)
*	General Evaluator

Please let your clubs know and to contact Leni and myself with anyone who
would be interested in participating.  Remember to bring those new CL
Manuals!  :D

Leni, I'll give you a call about the sponsor/mentor assignment. 

Peter, I know it might be a stretch, but do you know anyone in Division B
(Tom Jones) or Division H (Diana Cheng) who can help?  I'd appreciate it if
I can get one or two people from each Division, even yourself, as a backup.
