[Executives] Member Registration

Hi, all

I'd like to clarify that we can only register membership from Apr, May, Jun, 
July, Aug at this point. So, if any member wants to start from September, I 
have to wait until September, then Sept will show on the list.

So, if a member wants future starting date, I can wait and register 
membership. But, I suggest not to encourage much. Because, I have to 
register Metrospeaker first and then wait until time comes up, then register 
ToastMaster international later. Frankly, it's a little bit trouble some. :)
