Hi Anthony,

Thank you so much for taking the initiative of helping out with the
Christmas event. This is exactly the type of spirit we need in our club.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend next week's session due to a
work commitment. But if you are free on the weekend, we can find a place and
practice.
