Wonderful to hear you are rehearsing for this event.

This is a tentative plan.

There will be a games part of the night and then the solo performance(s) by you and Kevin. And then the awards portion and then the big singalong.

How does this sound?

We can discuss further closer to the event.

  Thank you so much for taking the initiative of helping out with the Christmas event. This is exactly the type of spirit we need in our club.

  Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend next week's session due to a work commitment. But if you are free on the weekend, we can find a place and practice.

    Lila and I have decided the list of Christmas songs for Dec. 13:
    Jingle Bell, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Silent Night, We wish you a
    Merry Christmas, Joy to the World, Love theme from God Father, and my 
    solo piece. Each piece is about 2 minutes.

    I will scan the songs and send them to you.
