Hello Executives.

I have asked Kate Jang to step in as Chairperson for next week for the first half.  Thank you Kate.

Now for the next piece.

I am trying to put together an agenda but I am at a standstill as I will have to take a wait and see approach to determine how many speakers will sign up.

And from there I have a tentative agenda:

1. Solo - Anthony
2. Duet with Anthony and Kevin- Debonair and Dashing Duo
3. A little game???
4. Awards- Can you help me out? How many awards and to whom?
I would like to nominate 2 people for doing outstanding service to our club-Sheree Gable and Ian Soul. I think we need to gift them with something.
5. Door prizes giveaway
6. Singalong- Everyone

PS Gary- I have some song sheets- any chance I can get them printed on a Christmas background and/or colours.
