The Survey

Hello Gary

I want to use the Survey as one part of the Door Prizes.This way it gets part of the survey done. What do you think? I guess when we gather the names, we will have to sort out who submitted so that we do not call and do duplicate work. What do you think?

I will have separate bag for entry into a bag. And another bag for the door prizes.

Do you think you can print out copies with room for names at the top and members only?

  Thank you Lila for initiating this discussion. I like what we have got so far.

  I would like to do the awards/recognition section if possible. Please provide feedbacks to the list below:

  We have a few goals that we will need to achieve in this meeting:

  1. First and foremost, celebrate the success of the club in the past 7 months

  Notable achievements (no particular order) :
    
  1. Successfully hosting the Mulburry Event 
  2. Wayne reaching the District Humorous Speech Competition
  3. Gary hosting an outstanding Halloween event

  2. Recognize the members who have completed speech/leadership milestones

  Ricardo, Lila, and Yuliya for their CC 
  Gary for his CL

  3. Recognize the special contribution of our club members

  Sheree, and Ian, other nominations?


  Please email us back regarding to what you think of this list and if we need to add anything to it. 

  Let's finalize the list by Tuesday Dec 11th, 2007.

    I am trying to put together an agenda but I am at a standstill as I will have to take a wait and see approach to determine how many speakers will sign up.

    And from there I have a tentative agenda:

    1. Solo - Anthony
    2. Duet with Anthony and Kevin- Debonair and Dashing Duo
    3. A little game???
    4. Awards- Can you help me out? How many awards and to whom?
    I would like to nominate 2 people for doing outstanding service to our club-Sheree Gable and Ian Soul. I think we need to gift them with something.

    PS Gary- I have some song sheets- any chance I can get them printed on a Christmas background and/or colours.
