Hello Metro Executives

Kate Jang has kindly stepped up to the helm as Chairperson for this week. I have unblocked my name. So Kate, sign in as asap.

Now for the roles for the night:

Kevin- Rewards and Recognition speeches

Gary-printout of Survey and Christmas song sheet(don't worry about being on coloured papers, I have less expensive white paper you can use. Just put a few bells, angels, reindeers etc on each corner. Sometime colour paper detracts from the words, we want people to be able read it. So Gary call me if you want me to drop it by you. I have lots of paper.
 
Ronald- in charge of the survey door prize, general door prizes. You will also get the chance to call out the prizes. Make sure when the names are called to be put in a separate pile. We will try to make it one gift per entry. 
 
Ricardo- the food guy( I will do the delivery, dont worry about that). You just make sure the lids off the platters are lifted when ready to eat, tables are cleared, I have pop in bottles which I want consumed first as we have lots of paper cuts. When used, then you can put out the tinned pop.

Robert-the logistis/room set go to guy- your biggie make sure enough water, make sure tables are nicely arranged as we discussed on Thursday(i have purchased a xmas type table cloth for the food table). I will also bring decorations in so you can ask people to help you put it up.

As for me- now I am looking for an MC for the second part of the event. If no one steps up, I will take it on.

  Ian suggested that we look at BestBuy and see what kind of prices they have. This one is $599 and it is fairly decent. ViewSonic is a good brand too.

  This seems to be fairly reasonable and it definitely should satisfy our needs in the club.

  If this is the lowest price that we can find, then let's pick this one up. The discussion has been going on for quite a while and I think this pick should be ok for us.

    Note that these prices are about 6 weeks old.  I can confirm if necessary, but I think these units are probably more than is required.   I've seen other units in Future Shop and London Drugs for $500 - $600.
