[Executives] Agenda for the second half

I have reviewed what I sent you.

And sometimes it is hard to judge how much time to allot to a certain event. I think my gut feeling is to play it by year but at least we have a sort of time frame.

If you think 10 minutes is too long,for the gift door prizes-general can be drawn at the back by Ronald and an assistant or two- they just pen the names on the gift and make sure the person gets it. We have to give Ronald a chance to eat and meet other people too!!! 

oh well, we will figure something out...

  8:05 Kevin Wang- Rewards and Recognition - past year reflections etc( I gave you 10 minutes as there may be a need for photo ops) so someone bring camera.
  8:10 Door Prize-Survey - 1 or 2 gifts to give out
  8:11 Intro
  8:12 Anthony Tam - Solo Pieces
  8:18 Tell Me A story- 5 people x 2 minutes
  8:28 Anthony/Kevin Duet
  8:30 mingle/eat
  8:35 Door Prizes giveaway
  8:45 Singalong-everybody accompanied by Anthony and Kevin
  8:55 Wind up/clean up/pack up

  Okay, that is the lineup. Too ambitious you think, I can lose the tell me a story part etc or it can be replaced with a game. I have got back up arsenals like you would not believe. Heh, heh!!!

    Thank you responding to me in a timely fashion. I have reviewed your lineup. Very impressive, I must say.
     Do you mind doing a change in terms of order of offerings.

    1. Anthony Tam Solo instrument pieces                         6 minutes
    2. Dabbling dynamic duo- Anthony and Kevin (1.67 minute I will round up to 2 minutes(instrumental piece)
    3. Singalong pieces at the end with membership 10 minutes

    Does this sound okay?

    I want people to sing for their snacks? Hah, just joking. But you know, it being Christmas, I am putting Gary to hard work printing out the song sheets, so we must have people singalong.

      The time frame for my solo performance is 6 minutes. The first piece is by Nicolo Paganini called Cantabile, and the second piece is by Tchaikovsky called Melodie.  

      My duet with Kevin is about 10 minutes. We will be playing 1)Jingle Bell, 2)Hark the Herald Angels Sing, 3)Silent Night, 4)We wish you a Merry Christmas, 5)Joy to the World, 6)Love theme from God Father

          Thank you so much for taking the initiative of helping out with the Christmas event. This is exactly the type of spirit we need in our club.
