Just a question: doesn't anybody have a party room in their condo that could
be rented out for the night-say last Saturday in November? We could do it
potluck/byob and I like the idea of Ian playing his guitar.

Another idea is to go out for dinner?

Subject: [Executives] New proposal for Christmas social

Hello fellow executives,

I just had a chat with Lila regarding to the Christmas social that we
originally had planned.

It seems that due to fact that the time required to communicate, plan, and
execute the event requires more than two weeks and since December is a busy
month for almost everyone, it will be tough to pull this one off.

As an alternative, Lila suggested that we can have a special themed meeting
on the 13th of December, where we will do speeches for the first half, and a
social for the second half. As for food, we can do catering, and for
entertainment, we can have Christmas carols playing in the background, and
perhaps we can invite Ian to sing again.

This way, we are not overloading ourselves and we are giving us a lot of
buffer space just in case things run tight. We can do a more formal
gathering in the new year when everyone is less busy.

What do you guys think?

Kevin
