[Executives] need to find chair quick

Thank you so much Ian for being such a proactive member in the club. I
appreciate that you are always looking after Metrospeakers.

We will be hosting the executive meeting tomorrow and for sure we will
discuss the purchase of the projector. I understand that it is an important
item, but there were other initiatives that the executive team was working
on. We have to discuss about the storage and the security of this equipment
since it will be a major purchase of the club. If we can find a good
solution for storage, then we can definitely go ahead and purchase it.
Ideally within the next two weeks.
