[Executives] Renewal - Grace period by Oct 31 2007

Hi, executive team

I drafted for the membership grace period as follows. Please see if this is positive message(?) Any feedback would be appreciated it.

Hello, fellow members,

Our club's renewal due was on end of September. Thanks for the members who renewed on time.

I'd like to inform you that executive team decided to give some grace period by Oct 31 for those fellows who missed the time line.
After Oct 31, only members renewed can login to Metrospeakers' online agenda.
This is to give fair chance to the club members.

Of course, whenever a fellow renew even after grace period, we'll happily reactivate the fellow's access to Metrospeakers' online agenda.
