Hi, everybody

Lila and Yuliya want to add the list of members who made their milestone 
speeches since June in MetroSpeakers News letter to encourage members. I 
think it's great idea!

So, I went through the agenda I have, but I don't have agenda for Jul 12 and 
Jul 19. Please, if anybody has them, please, fill in below table.

For June 21, I am not sure whether Nelson Sun made CC#1, since there is no 
CC # in agenda.

*Note : Members are only included for CC#1,5,7,10 and AC#1, if one member 
made several milestone speeches since June, only included latest one.
