[Executives] Meeting minutes and new October executive meeting date

Hello fellow executives,

I have uploaded the executive meeting minutes from the last meeting.
Thanks Ron for writing and sending it to me.

It just occurred to me that the area speech contest is on October 3rd,
the same date that we set out our meeting to be. I think we should try
to find an alternative date, as we should go and cheer for the winners
from our club.

I think the library meeting room is only available on October 3rd, so
if no one objects, I suggest we meet at Bonsor on October 2nd, a
Tuesday. We can pick up the rental fee.


Please reply to the email if you can't make it on the October the 2nd.
Then we will arrange another time to suit everyone's schedule.
