We are producing a DVD for the Fall Convention at Harrison Hot Springs. The
name will be "A Mini History of Toastmaster of British Columbia". 

 

We are in urgent need of the following:  

*	Old photos of your District 21 events 
*	Old photos of your Club events 
*	Copies of Significant Speeches (any format) 
*	Written History of your Club

We are going to interview a few of our senior Toastmaster members, like
Sandy Robertson the 8th person to be awarded a DTM and Pat Johnson, our new
3rd International Vice-President to include on the DVD that will be
presented at the Fall Convention in Harrison Hot Spring on November 2nd. 

This will be a multi-media DVD, so the written and old photos will be
accessible on a computer. 

Our deadline to receive the Historical relics must be by October 1st; the
fastest way is by email.

This project is Brian Dodd's HPL project. The team includes Mike Robinson,
PDG and a District Toastmentor, Gord Munro, the District Historian, along
with additional people who know how edit and produce the DVD.
