I know I have been absent for a little while......

But here is my take on it.

I agree with Ian's comments but here is my feedback on how to take care of said future items.

I believe I commented that there should be some form of signup and/or storage at one of the Executives' home etc.
When it is needed then it is to be transported to the site. This may be cumbersome but this might have to one of the responsibilities incorporated into the directorship etc... 
But unless there is a more secure way of storing equipment, this might be the only option for now.

  We suspect that the person probably got into the room through the open roof. At this point, I don't know how long it would take for Metrotown to seal off the top, if at all. We will look into getting a safe for the future.
