[Executives] Metrotown storage room update

Hi Execs,

 

Hope the meeting went well tonight (I miss you guys) but duty calls at this
new club.  The veteran TM's end up taking on multiple roles such as SAA,
Chairperson and table topics master!  So needless to say they are glad that
I come to help out.  I will be coming back to Metro on May 22 so I look
forward to that.  

 

In the meantime I've heard back from my contact at Metrotown.  She is quite
troubled that this has happened again and went to check out the room and
found a LADDER in there the other day which was removed.  It is apparent
that extra keys to the storage room have been made and she noted that the
room lock had been tampered with.  There at no time should be a ladder there
inside the room.

 

They are arranging to re-key that door and will let us know when that
happens and provide us with a key to the storage room.  Worst case scenario:
In the event that the key doesn't get to us before they change the locks,
security personnel should have a key with them.  

 

I doubt at this point they will close in the ceiling, so a safe is a good
bet for now.  I will be following up with my contact to ensure we get new
keys.  New keys will not affect our individual storage closet to which we
are the only ones with a key.
