[Executives] room booking

Hi Yuliya

I paid for the room at Bonsor.  It will be $91.25.  We will get the paperwork that day, unless someone goes over to Bonsor earlier in the week to sign the contract.  It has to be signed in three places before we get the room (we need to go to the front desk to do that).  It has my name on it, but anyone from the executive list would be able to sign it if I were late. The room is booked from 9 to 2.
