[Executives] timing light update

Hi executive

I told Sheree to go ahead and get the other timing light.

Her husband tried to fix the other light, but it was not fixable (he's technically proficient).   Toastmasters International are paying for postage to return it.

Our club can afford the purchase and it will not make a dent in our financial situation.  Sheree assures me this is not a frivolous purchase.  It will definitely help out a new club that has a tight financial situation.

P.S.  Don't forget our upcoming executive meeting on Tuesday, September 9th at the library.   Each of us should look at our schedules for a month after that date, and if we have an upcoming duty, make sure we bring it up in the meeting.
