FYI: Kevin, I don't count as an exec as I'm working for the area and doing
part of the training.

 

For those of you who can't make it Saturday, you can go to any other
division and get trained.  Just make sure you leave your name and club name
with the division governor at that particular session.

 

Training sessions are now posted on the district website calendar:

Hello Area 82 presidents,

 

Hope 2008 is starting off with a bang and you're inspiring your Toastmaster
clubs members to reach their speaking goals this year! Just a reminder that
club officer training is coming up this Saturday at the TB vets building in
Burnaby.

 

NEW FORMAT - Two-tiered training. Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers, and
Sergeants at Arms, will be trained at 10 am. All three VP's follow through
at 11 am to complete the Saturday Morning Toastmasters "Indoctrination".  We
should wrap up by noon.

 

If you're an officer of two different clubs, and are able to attend the
sessions for both on that morning, then you can get credit for both
sessions. (Note that on the sign-in sheet.)

 

Cost - Expected to be $5. 

 

Location:  TB Vets, 4050 Graveley Street in Burnaby
