Execs,

 

Wow, we are really packing them in, now we
have to make sure we answer their questions and give them the guidelines for
doing roles such as timer and TT master.  Also encourage them to read the
tips on roles on the login page.

 

I guess one way to encourage folks who
want to start speeches right away (sometimes before they receive their CC
manual) is to have copies of the CC1 and 2 speeches in a handout ready for
them.

 

Finally we should have a pub night after
the club contest, and perhaps the club could pay for a couple of nacho
platters/wings.  People always stay longer when there is food, and gives
them a chance to socialize in a non speech setting, beneficial for new members
who may feel more comfortable getting to know folks then.

Hi, Executive team



Happy scream! Our membership base reached to 54 last night. Since one more
month left before renewal, our membership could be 60(?). Let's congratulate
it.



Some members start their role right away, and some take time. That's why some names
sound familiar but some don't. But, if we can encourage them and pay more
attention, they will be more likely to engage at our club, I think. 



So, if you have any suggestion to encourage new members starting their role,
please, share with us.
