Dear Club Executive members
 
When a Dual Member or Reinstated member joins your club; the membership must
be FAXED in.
 
When you register Dual or Reinstated members online, a new membership number
is generated. 
 
Education accomplishments already completed are not cross referenced to the
new membership number
 
Later when a new education completion is sent in, the first education and
original member number need to be sorted-out, before the new education can
be confirmed.
 
There's enough confusion in the world! 

Please FAX  DUAL and REINSTATED MEMBERS.
 
If you understood this explanation on first reading, you are eligible to be
the club Treasurer!
