Hello metrospeakers, 

 

The Metrospeakers' Summer BBQ/ potluck event is here and you are cordially
invited to attend it!

 

Here are details: 

 

WHEN: Sunday, August 19th, from 11:30 to 2. 

 

WHERE: Central Park picnic area, Kingsway Entrance next to Swangard Stadium
(see map attached). Parking available or take skytrain, get off at Patterson
Station and go along the park trail parallel to Kingsway (watch for signs)

 

Please bring your favourite dishes for the potluck! You are also welcome to
bring guests! 

 

Please, respond to this email as soon as possible before Thursday, August
16th to let me know whether you will be coming and how many people you will
be bringing with you. It is very important that you do as we have to make
sure that there will be enough food and drinks for everyone.
