[MetroMembers] URGENT: call for more volunteers for the Metrospeakers BBQ event

Hello fellow Toastmasters,

We need your help with our summer social BBQ event. Please, sign up  
for one of the following volunteer crews and email me back, saying  
what you would like to help us with:

Set-up/ clean-up crew: creating and putting up posters to direct  
people, guiding people from parking and skytrain station, setting up  
the table, cleaning up afterwards and other logistics duties

Cooking crew: being a BBQ man (or woman), making hotdogs, handing out  
drinks, cutting veggies and so on.

Entertainment crew: organizing games and activities (icebreakers),  
handing out prizes,     taking pictures, anyone playing a guitarJ

Shopping crew: grocery shopping will be done a day before the BBQ, I  
will need your help going shopping. If there is anyone who can give  
us a ride to Costco or Superstore, that would be awesome
We also need volunteers to bring a first aid kit, bug spray,  
blankets, chairs, glad bags for leftovers, and coolers with ice cubes.

Please be aware that on August 19th all the volunteers will need to  
arrive at 10 am, an hour and a half, before the actual event to help  
us set everything up and start cooking.
