ATTENTION:  Current and Past Metrospeakers Members

The current executive team is very keen on helping you advance forward in
your Toastmaster career.  By filling this survey out, we will have a better
understanding of where you are, and where you are heading.  We will try our
best to help you move forward with your toastmaster projects to achieve your
goal(s).

As the executives, we are trying our best to actively engage and support the
members, so we are going to contact you once in a while to see if there is
anything that we can help you with and to get your feedback on how we are
doing.  Since we respect your privacy, we definitely do not want to over
burden anyone with phone calls or emails, so please answer the following

Roles of Mentor

Mentor explains the various roles of the meeting, how to sign-up for roles
and speeches, orient on club customs and procedures, help with the ice
breaker speech, make mentee aware of resources, provides positive feedback,
explain responsibilities, helps with speeches and other assignments, and
eventually more advance topics like officers' roles and duties, explain
speech contents and describe the Toastmaster International organization.
