[MetroMembers] meeting on February 21st

Hello fellow members. I am chairing a meeting on February 21st. We  
still have a couple of roles that are not filled up.

The roles are:

1. Timer
2. Joke Master
3. Speaker 4
4. Evaluator

Here is what you get by taking on one of those roles:

1. Timer - ability to concentrate, being aware of time
2. Joke Master - testing your ability to entertain and cheer up the  
audience; making jokes relevant to the theme; priceless when you are  
MCing or giving toasts at events
3. Speaker - confidence, experience, conquering your fears
4. Evaluator - ability to listen, giving constructive feedback,  
learning from shortcomings and strengths of others.
