[MetroMembers] 5th Annual Table Topics Marathon - Feb 7, 2008.

Hello Metro Speakers,

 

February 7th, 2008; 7pm to 9pm.  Mark this date/time in your calendar.  We
will be having our 5th Annual Table Topics Marathon.  You do not want to
miss this meeting!   Wayne Ostrowercha, Division J Humourous Speech winner
and recipient of the Bud Singbeil Award for Dec 2007, will give a table
topic seminar.  His seminar will be followed by not 1, not 2, but 4 table
topic sessions.   That means 20 members/guests will have a chance to give a
table topic speech.  Definitely a meeting not to be missed!

 

How can I get involved?  Well, I'm glad you asked!  Spots on the agenda are
filling up fast.  We need to fill the following roles:

 

.         2 more table topic masters required

.         4 more table topic evaluators required

.         1 timer required

 

Do not delay!  All roles will be filled before February 1st.  This is your
chance to be part of an event that happens only once a year.  Please note
that if you sign up for a table topic master or evaluator, you still can be
a table topic speaker for one of the other 3 table topic sessions. 

 

Other Burnaby clubs have been invited, so it's a good chance to network and
socialize with other Toastmasters.
