Hi everyone. Thanks a lot for contributing your ideas regarding the  
summer social. It did not hear back from the majority of you but from  
the few emails I got, it seems people prefer a barbeque in a park on  
Saturday, August 23rd. This is not final yet. I will bring up this  
issue during the next meeting to see if the majority of you are ok  
with the date and the activity. So please come to the meeting and  
make your opinion known (or email me).
