Dear members,

I want to dedicate theme of the next meeting to listening. We focus the
majority of our time at Toastmasters honing our speaking skill. After all,
it's the fear of speaking in public that we wanted to overcome. However,
because human communication is a two way street, in order to be an effective
communicator, you will also have to be a great listener.

This upcoming Thursday, I want to challenge you to improve your listening
skills. In between each role, I will pick a random member, and ask a
question regarding to the previous speech or the speaker. This little game
will definitely keep everyone focused on listening! :)

Here are some vacant roles:

Word Master
Invocator
Table Topic Master
2 Speakers
4 Evaluators
General Evaluator

Every time you take on a role at Metrospeakers, your grow a little bit. It's
only when you add up these little bits over time, will you see monumental
growth. It will not happen over night!
